Notice Of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The GSA AGM 2010 will be held on Sunday 18th April 2010 at Stoneleigh Village Hall, Stoneleigh, 10.30 am for 11.00 am.

Items for inclusion on the Agenda, duly proposed and seconded by fully paid up members of the GSA, must reach the Secretary by Saturday 13th February 2010 (not postmark).

Please note that Ballot Papers will only be posted to Members who's subscription is fully paid up by the 1st February 2010, so please ensure your Membership is paid correctly during January 2010.
